Over the years, we have continued to re-invent ourselves, and we’re now a multi-million-pound company able to source products across the globe. From an easy-to-use online service to great prices and speedy delivery, we want to exceed the expectations of our shoppers and Retail Partners at every opportunity.
With a friendly UK-based customer service team, we are always on hand and ready to help. Thanks to the adaptability of our team, the diverse nature of our portfolio and added value services we offer, 2020 ended as the strongest year in our 160-year history. We manufactured over two million brooms in the UK for the first time. This growth is extraordinary considering the difficult year we have had as a nation, and we are so proud of how we have come together as a company in order to achieve this.
We put the needs of our shoppers and Retail Partners above everything else, which means we’re always ready to listen and just as importantly deliver strategic direction based on the experience and knowledge of our Sales Team. We also have access to research tools that allows us to understand the changing behaviours of shoppers and more holistically, retail.
Following our success in the DIY Week Awards, we sat down with our Sales Director and discussed the continued evolution of the Charles Bentley business.

With more projects to be delivered over the coming 12 months and beyond and with the further addition of talented people joining an already talented team, our eyes are certainly on the future.”
2022 is another exciting year, as we launch our next phase of exciting product launches across the business. We’ll be attending exhibitions next year for the first time since 2019 and we’re looking forward to sharing our new products and services with our Retail Partners.
